We are experiementing with ice and how it changes.
We know that...
- ice is a solid
- sugar mixed with water and then frozen melts faster than just ice
- ice melts from the outside first
- water is a liquid
We did an experiment with a large ice cube. We put water, food dye and salt on it.
The salt dissolved a little bit and it left a hole in the ice.
